I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
339 – Don’t Judge My Ideas
Purpose/Objectives: Occasionally a team member will be somewhat uncoop-
erative, either by being overly critical or by withdraw-
ing from the process. Often it is because he or she feels
uncomfortable or is afraid of being wrong and looking
foolish. Team meetings are brainstorming sessions and
should be as positive as possible.
During the exercise, using brainstorming techniques,
participants will come up with ideas and suggestions
that may sound ridiculous. Through discussion, they will
realize that even some seemingly silly ideas can have
merit. The point is to avoid negative comments so that
