I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the handouts. Each participant will need one copy of the Team
Charter Guidelines, and two copies of My Team’s Charter. Each team will have
a different assignment and a different handout. Make enough copies so that
each team has several.
• Make sure everyone has a paper and pencil.
• Review and become familiar with the Team Charter Guidelines handout and
each team's description.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be working in teams on an exercise to
compose a team charter for a fictional team. Then after practicing on a
fictional team, they will have a chance to write their own charter.
