I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Leading a Discussion in the Trainer Skills section of this series, if you
have not done so already.
• Make copies of the Values Sheet handout for each participant.
• Review and become familiar with the Values Sheet.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be working individually on a discovery
exercise.
• Distribute copies of the Values Sheet handout to each participant. Give them a
few minutes to look over it.
• Tell participants that they should be as honest as possible in completing the
sheet, but that it is not a test.
• Tell participants that while all the qualities listed are desirable, some are
bound to be more important to you than others. The same is true of your work
team.
