I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

• Explain that a successful way to resolve conflict is to use negotiation. Distribute
the Give and Take Steps to Resolution handout, which outlines the following
brief steps that can resolve a disagreement quickly:
− All sides consent to working out a compromise.
− The sides agree on the reasons for the conflict.
− Each side makes concessions.
− The resolution makes it easier to implement the goals of the team.
• Tell participants to return to their teams to work out a resolution using Give
and Take Steps to Resolution as a guide.
• Allow the teams about 5 to 7 minutes. Circulate among the teams to make sure
they are following the steps.
• Reconvene the group to discuss the give and take process.
