I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make sure you have enough flip chart paper so that each participant has one or
two sheets. They should also have an array of colored markers.
• Arrange the room so that each participant has space and a flat surface on which
to draw.
• Do not make a sketch in advance, but decide how you will portray yourself.
Process
• Distribute a sheet of paper and markers to each participant.
• Ask participants to use the paper to draw a picture of how they see themselves.
Ask them to put their name at the top. Stress that little artistic talent is
needed.
• Instruct participants to add details that reflect their interests and activities.
• Allow participants 5 to 10 minutes to complete the drawings. While they are
