It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Purpose/Objectives: One of the biggest advantages of working on teams is
the formation of relationships between team members.
This advantage can sometimes lead to real dilemmas for
team members. At times, they may have to decide
between their loyalty to the team and their loyalty to a
friend.
During this involving exercise, participants will look at a
team that has a confidentiality conflict. Using an
abbreviated case study format, they will discuss the
dilemma, look for ways to solve it, and try to project
the effect of their planned actions.
