I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Make copies of the Planning Statements handout. You will need at least one for
each participant.
• Review and become familiar with the handout.
• Have a flip chart and markers available.
• Make sure all participants have a pencil.
Process
• Explain to participants that they will be working individually on an exercise,
getting together in small groups to compare their beliefs, and then discussing
the key points in the larger group.
• Distribute a copy of the handout to each participant. Give them a few minutes
to look over it.
• Tell participants that they should be as honest as possible in completing the
statements, but that it is not a test.
