I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Preparation
• Review Role Play Guidelines in the Trainer Skills section of this series.
• Make copies of the Role for Analytical Team Member, Role for Restrictive Team
Member, Role for Sensitive Team Member, and Role for Profit-Oriented Team
Member handouts. Make enough copies so that each team has one of each. The
Observer Role Sheet is optional.
• Read over the handouts. Note that each role is very different.

• Explain to participants that they will be divided into teams to accomplish a
task.
• Tell each team they will be responsible for planning to dispose of their office’s
furniture and equipment within 60 days. All new furniture and equipment has
