So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There seems to be some correlation here as the chief execu-
tives seem to want to focus first on the future viability of the
company and second on current costs. That is good news
for human resources because it opens the door to strategic-
level contributions.
