It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Tools and Techniques
This chapter provides a review of methods for analyzing collected data. It begins with advice on analyzing soft data in a structured discussion format. For hard or numerical data, the chapter focuses on descriptive statistics. It also provides some brief guidelines on the use of inferential statistics. Finally, it discusses the relationship between data analysis and interpretation and stresses the importance of interpretation to an evaluator and the stakeholders the evaluator represents.
