Extant Data Review

Extant data are data that already exist in some form of organizational record. The wisest place to start is by considering whether these sources contain relevant and useful data. Some examples of extant data sources might be current strategic plans, industry reports, current budget records, census data, previous needs assessment reports, previous evaluation reports, performance evaluations, or other sources you might uncover (and there are many).
