So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

CONTRACTING FOR EVALUATION SERVICES
This chapter provides guidance to organizations when hiring an outside evaluation consultant. Some of the information applies to assigning an organizational staff member to an evaluation task, and some is also useful to the consultant being hired. The chapter sets out types of fee structures, discusses the evaluation contract, and provides a detailed sample statement of work that those hiring evaluators or being hired can modify to suit a specific situation.
