I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
PRINCIPLE 6: THE SET OF EVALUATION QUESTIONS DRIVES THE EVALUATION STUDY
Just as the organizational system should strive to be in alignment with the needs of the organization's customers, the evaluation efforts should be aligned with the questions that stakeholders must answer. The organization will have objectives at the strategic, tactical, and operational levels. The evaluation team, which will include representatives of the decision makers and other stakeholders, should develop evaluation questions related to each objective and activity relevant to the program or solution under evaluation.
