It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

THE FUTURE OF EVALUATION IN PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
This chapter discusses the role of evaluation in performance improvement, where it has not yet been embraced as a key factor. Acceptance of evaluation as an essential component of performance improvement is both necessary and inevitable. Technology already plays a key role in integrating evaluation into performance improvement initiatives. Finally, the chapter examines the role of improvement in performance, in evaluation, and as an overarching theme for this book.
