I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
THE EVALUATOR'S ROLE AFTER THE REPORT
Although evaluators are usually not involved in the implementation of recommendations, giving stakeholders as vivid an image as possible of what the ensuring process will be can provide the required momentum for implementing the recommendations. If the evaluation project is ongoing, they may also be responsible for creating the evaluation framework for whatever alternatives were selected for implementation. In addition, they could be involved in the design, development, implementation, and formal evaluation after implementation. The evaluator's involvement at every stage encourages everyone to stay focused on the measurable results and improvement that the recommendations are meant to deliver.
