So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
THE ELEMENTS OF THE PROCESS
Evaluation at its core may be straightforward, but the situations in which it is applied can be complex and at times make evaluation daunting. The impact evaluation process is primarily directed at individuals who want a clear map that guides them through the process and helps them keep a pragmatic focus. The idea is that with a well-articulated plan, the actual evaluation process will be simpler and more straightforward.
