So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Contractor Experience Requirements
The contractor shall have experience with educational evaluation research and analysis. Additional relevant knowledge is desirable in research, theoretical literature, and practical application of the following areas: needs assessment, learning development and implementation, criterion-referenced testing development and validity and reliability assessment, formative evaluation, summative evaluation, data collection, data analysis, data and results summary, and evaluation results reporting.
