I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Errors of system mapping occur when evaluators make inaccurate relationships between phenomena.
Error of Causal Path
Most of the time, evaluators teach. They observe the effects of teaching directly and are correct in assuming the direct link between the teaching (or other instructional tactics) and the results. In one-on-one coaching and mentoring, this is usually a safe assumption. But what happens when they try to apply this direct causal linkage to whole programs, many students, and averaged scores on tests? The larger and more complex the program and the longer the time frame, the more they have to consider a wide range of variables that may or may not influence the outcomes of programs.
