I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
METHODS USED IN CIPP EVALUATIONS
Stufflebeam suggests that a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods be considered and recommends applying triangulation procedures to confirm information. Evaluators must address a number of evaluation complexities—for example, limited time and resources; the impracticability of laboratory-style controls; unavailability of validated data collection instruments that meet the exact criteria specified; and, often, not enough time or expertise to create a well-designed, tested instrument. Evaluators must operate within such constraints and still do their best to ensure that the data collected truly represent reality.
