Just like other tutorials in this chapter, the first task is to create a display item
in our level to showcase our work. Once the display item was set up, we p la ced
three Preview M esh props o nto it (see Figure 4.60).
CREATING TH E BASE MATERIAL
With the preview meshes in the level, our job is now to cre ate our material. To
see the progression of our work, we broke the tasks into three steps. At the end
of each step we would have finished on e stage of our material.
