CRM Versus ERP
Although an accounting/enterprise resource planning (ERP) system might be able to function as a CRM system, a CRM cannot likely function as an ERP system. Microsoft has a complete ERP option in the form of either AX, NAV, SL or GP (all of which integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM quickly and easily).
Some non-Microsoft ERP systems on the market today include

• PeopleSoft
• Oracle
