When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Authentication Types
Authentication for the E-mail Router is required for the connections to the e-mail system and the users’ mailbox for each incoming and outgoing e-mail profile.
Exchange Server supports only Windows Authentication for the incoming profiles. Exchange online supports Clear Text Authentication.
For POP3-compliant servers, incoming profiles can use NTLM or Clear Text authentication.
Note
Clear Text authentication transmits unencrypted user names and passwords. If you use Clear Text authentication, we recommend that you do this only with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The Use SSL option should be selected and the Network Port field (on the Advanced tab) must be set to a value appropriate for your environment. Verify your POP3 server ...
