It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Chapter 11: Reporting
This version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM features improved reporting capabilities. Reports are more dynamic and flexible, and a reporting wizard is included that enables users to create basic reports on the fly and share them with the organization.
Additionally, reporting options are greatly increased with CRM Online. Before Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, your reporting options with CRM Online were limited to existing reports, advanced find views, or a custom reporting solution that typically required an on-premise reporting server.
