The Sales area in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is where you work with current and prospective customers. Here you manage Leads and Opportunities, and where the only workflow other than the Knowledge Base approval process is included with Microsoft Dynamics CRM by default. The workflow is presented via the Lead conversion process when a user selects Convert Lead from the top menu. The Lead is either qualified and converted to a customer, or disqualified and deactivated.
