With the Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook client installed, some additional configuration options can be made. To find these options in Microsoft Outlook 2010, navigate in the near navigation to File, and then select CRM (as shown in Figure 13.12).

• Options—The configuration options shown enable you to set personal and local data options.
• Synchronize—Perform a manual synchronization (instead of waiting the default 15 minutes) for data between CRM and Outlook. Additionally, it is here where you set the data filters, as shown in Figure 13.13.
