Forward Mailboxes
Forward mailboxes are used to process incoming e-mails, and they require a dedicated mailbox to receive and forward them. There are a couple of reasons why you might want to use them. Primarily, you can use a single set of credentials for a single mailbox; however, there is a benefit in polling (only one mailbox is polled) as well as using taking advantage of Exchange forwarding rules.
