I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Relationship Roles
Relationship Roles are available only for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities. They are designed to enable users to configure relationship types that might exist between records of these entities in the system. Relationship Roles can be used for any kind of relationship, including business, familiar, and social ones.

As previously noted in Connection Roles, Relationship Roles were to have been removed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 completely (available only for upgraded instances for backward compatibility), however they appear to have shipped with the final product. As such, you have the option to use either Connection Roles or Relationship Roles. It is both our and Microsoft’s recommendation to use Connection Roles ...
