The Contacts area shows the contacts that are associated to the selected Account.
By default there are no contacts associated to a new Account, and you have to either add a new contact or add an existing contact.
To do so, select anywhere on the grid (notice the outline will turn blue) and a new menu bar will appear on the ribbon (see Figure 6.7). This is known as a contextual ribbon and is specific to the selected area (in this case the contacts). From here you can perform the functions required to adding or editing contacts associated to the Account.
