Customers are defined in several different ways. When working in a conventional environment, customers are individuals or organizations that you have conducted business with. When considering an xRM deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, your customers will typically become whatever the “x” designation is.

Examples of this might include

• Recruits

• Grants

• Patients

• Suppliers
