You are now ready to customize the Contact entity to show the application you’ve developed by creating a new tab and adding an IFRAME to it.
1. From the CRM web client application, go to Settings and then Customizations (see Figure 28.12).

2. Click Customize the System and locate the Contact entity (see Figure 28.13).
