Introducing Office 2013

Upon first inspection, the Office 2013 suite members look similar to their Office 2010 predecessors. The Ribbon is still the go-to apparatus for accessing commands and features in the applications, and the Backstage provides access to tools related to managing, sharing, and printing your files (although there are changes to the Ribbon and the Backstage, so read on).

When you get past the fact that the overall look of the applications hasn’t changed dramatically (although the Office application interface is much less “cartoony” and more sleekly designed in Office 2013), you find that Microsoft made improvements and enhancements to each of the applications.
