Using File Printout

Another useful tool for placing information from other applications onto a notebook page is the File Printout command. The File Printout command creates a printed version of a file and places each page in the printout on the current notebook page. This feature is useful if you want to place a printout of a short Word document or other file on a notebook page instead of creating a link or inserting a file attachment.

For example, if you use File Printout to insert a two-page Word document onto a notebook page, the pages appear the same as they would on the printed page—including the size of the printed page.
