19. Better Slides with Clip Art, Pictures, and SmartArt

PowerPoint presentations are meant to tell a story. Whether you are providing coworkers an update on the company’s quarterly sales or sharing your latest vacation photos and experiences with your travel club, a presentation needs to be succinct and complete (with a beginning, middle, and end). Much of the information can be shared as text, but images and other graphics can greatly enhance the audience’s understanding of the presented information.
