Importing and Exporting Data

You can import and export information to and from Outlook. The types of information that can be imported include RSS feeds, mail account settings, Internet email, addresses, calendars (.ics and .vcs), and Outlook personal folders files (.pst). For example, you might be migrating from another personal information manager or email client to Outlook and want to import your address book or contacts list; Outlook can import this type of information in a number of different file formats, including comma-separated values (.csv) and vCards (.vcf).
