Running Through a Completed Presentation

Before you show your presentation to an audience, run through it several times, checking that the slides are in the right order and that the object animations and slide transitions work correctly (particularly where you have assigned triggers or timings to animations or transitions). Running through the presentation also enables you to practice your prepared speech as you show your slides.

The Slide Show tab of the Ribbon provides all the commands you need to run through your presentation. A Present Online command even allows you to show your presentation via the Web.
