Inserting and Formatting Notes

In OneNote, the note is the basic informational object on your notebook pages. Notes give you a container for your thoughts, ideas, lists—any text entry that you need to make. You can click anywhere on a page and quickly insert a note. As you type, the note box sizes itself to accommodate the text that you enter. To place blank lines in a note, press the Enter key.

You can move a note on a page as needed; just drag it to a new location. You can also resize notes to any dimensions that you require. If you need to delete a note, select the note and then press the Delete key.
