Creating a Business Information Set
Before you get too far into the publication-creation process, you will want to create one or more business information sets. A business information set is a collection of information about you (and your company). Publisher uses the information in the business information set to automatically fill in information needed by Publisher templates such as business cards, brochures, and envelopes.
The best part of a business information set is that you enter the information once and then can use it again and again as you create your various publications.
