Modifying a Slide’s Layout

You might find that you need to modify the initial slide layout you selected for a slide. For example, you might want to make a slide that has a title text box and a single content pane into a slide with two content panes. You can then have one pane with bulleted text and another pane with an object such as a picture. You can change the layout for any slide in the presentation. Even if you have already entered text or other objects on the slide, you can modify the layout.

Select the thumbnail for the slide you want to modify (or select multiple slide thumbnails in the navigation pane, if you want to modify several slides). Select the Layout command in the slides group. The Layout gallery opens. The Layout gallery is ...
