Navigating the Calendar

To access the Outlook Calendar folder, select Calendar in the Navigation bar. By default, the Calendar is in Month view. The File pane shows the current and next month and also provides a list of all your calendars in the My Calendars list. The Details pane shows the current month, and the current day is highlighted. Figure 24.1 shows the default view for the Calendar.

Any appointments or other events that you have entered are now visible on the calendar. (Some events might have been assigned to you by other users, particularly if you share your calendar with other users.) ...
