Viewing Recent Edits

You can view a list of pages that have been changed in a notebook based on a particular timeframe. For example, you can view recent edits to pages that were made today, since yesterday, in the last 7 days, or in the last 6 months; a number of other timeframes are also provided. You can also choose to view a list of all the pages in a notebook, which groups the pages according to when they were last edited using timeframes such as yesterday, this week, and last week.

You can view recent edits using the Recent Edits command, which is in the Authors group on the Ribbon’s History tab. Viewing the recent edits in a shared notebook enables you to keep track of the individual page changes made by all the users who have access to ...
