Editing Contact Information

You can open a contact’s record to access field data and add information or edit specific fields. If you are in People view, you can edit the contact’s information inline in the Reading/Preview Pane. Select a contact and then click Edit in the Reading Pane. You can then edit the “general” fields for the contact, as shown in Figure 25.6. Click an information category’s plus (+) symbol to expand that category, such as in Phone, Work, or Address. Then enter the data in that field. When you have finished editing the contact’s information, select Save.
