Exporting a Presentation

Thus far in this chapter, we’ve looked at strategies for delivering a slide show or online presentation and printing the content in your PowerPoint presentation. PowerPoint also offers different possibilities for exporting a presentation file. For example, you can create an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) version of the slide presentation, which makes it easy to email or post your presentation on a website. Other Export options include creating a video of the presentation and packaging the presentation for a CD.

The PowerPoint Export tools are accessed in the Backstage; select File and then Export. Figure 21.17 shows the Export page in the Backstage.
