Using Themes and Email Stationery

If you use the HTML or Rich Text message format for your email messages, you can take advantage of themes to make your messages look more interesting and appealing. A theme provides formatting attributes for the colors, fonts, and effects used in the message. Because you are using Word as your message editor, you are, in effect, applying a Word theme to the body text of the message. Themes are useful because they enable you to have a consistent look across a family of associated items, such as mail messages, Word documents, and Excel worksheets.
