Outlook keeps all your notes in the Notes folder. To open the Notes folder, select the ellipsis (...) to the right of the Tasks link in the Navigation pane. Then select Notes. Another way to open the Notes folder is to open all your Outlook folders in the Folder pane (this enables you to quickly switch between folders such as your Contacts, Journal, and Notes). Select the ellipsis to the right of Tasks (it really can be considered the Navigation pane’s More button), and then select Folders. The Notes folder is listed in your Folders list, which appears in the Folder pane (on the left side of the Outlook window).
