Checking the Presentation for Spelling and Grammar Errors

Making sure that your presentation slides are free of spelling and grammatical errors is important in protecting the veracity of the information in the presentation. If you have obvious spelling errors, for example, the audience will have a hard time taking you seriously. You are probably familiar with the Spelling and Grammar features in Microsoft Word and the fact that they flag spelling and grammar errors automatically: red wavy lines for spelling errors, green wavy lines for grammar errors.
