Using the Presenter View

You present your slide show using the “regular” Slide Show view that we discussed in the previous section, or you can show your slide show in Presenter view. Presenter view is designed with you (the presenter) in mind. It is geared toward providing the speaker with the information that the speaker needs while running the slide show. Figure 21.3 shows Presenter view. Previous versions of PowerPoint required that you have your computer connected to at least two monitors for Presenter view to even be an option.
