Fine-Tuning Your Publications
Before you print a hard copy of the final product, be sure to correct all the errors in the publication and to check the overall design. Publisher offers several tools that enable you to fine-tune your publication.
The Spelling Feature
The Spelling feature checks your documents for misspellings and typos. It is available in the Proofing group of the Ribbon’s Review tab. The Proofing group also provides access to the Research task pane and the Thesaurus, which you can use as resources for finalizing text in your publication.
You can set spelling options for Publisher in the Publisher Options window. Select File to open the Backstage, and then select Options. Select Proofing to select (or deselect) settings related ...
