If you haven’t done a good job of keeping your files organized and can’t seem to locate the file you need, you can search for files a couple different ways. First, you can use the Search box provided by File Explorer. Open File Explorer, and then select the location for the search using the icons on the left of the File Explorer window. You can then type the file name or a portion of the file name in the search box; the search begins automatically.
