Working with Notes

Outlook notes are the electronic equivalent of all those scraps of paper in and around your desk that you’ve used for quickly scrawled notes. Creating notes in Outlook doesn’t take any more time than handwriting a note, but Outlook notes are easier to access and use than the paper equivalent. You can use Outlook notes to write down reminders, names, phone numbers, directions, or anything else you need for later reference.

You can quickly create a note while you are working in any of the Outlook folders; select the New Items command, point at More Items, and then select Choose Form. The Choose Form dialog box opens.
