Even the best-looking document can suffer if it is not error free; it’s hard for someone to take your information seriously if you have spelling errors, grammar issues, or errant typos. Word provides proofing tools such as the Spelling and Grammar features, which are designed to ferret out errors in your text. Word proofs your document as you type and automatically flags spelling and grammar errors as you enter text into your document. This enables you to quickly and immediately correct errors as you build your document.
